Please help- removing water pump

Please help- removing water pump

there is a bolt underneath this metal bracket i can't get off. does any one know a way around this or to remove this bracket so i can take the water pump off, thanks. it's a v6

I'm not a v6 expert, but...
The bracket looks to be the mount for the power steering pump,
which appears to have the pulley removed ???
What is left to get the pump out of the way, so the bracket
can be totally removed, thus exposing the hiddent bolt?

Maybe some of the v6 weenies will chime in...
