so i went to switch out my thermostat a min ago and ended up busting the bolt that is attached to the manifold (left Side) uses a nut to tighten down, (right side use a bolt to the manifold) is there any way i can remove this bolt and replace it,

 

use a drill an drill a smaller hole then the bolt diameter then use a ez out drill the ez out a couple of threads into the small hole u made then go the reverse way with the drill an the bolt should come out smoothly make sure to soak the bolt in liquid wrench or wd 40 before doing it

 

or you can get a stud remover tool, and you just use a 1/2 in. ratchet with it. Those work really well.

 

as it looks like in ur pic it seems that the bolt is sticking out alittle bit u might be able to just get it out with vise grips i thought it was flush with the intake manifold try tightening the vise grips really tight on the broken bolt an turn counter clock wise to get it loose

 

Use the advice that has already been posted in your other thread.
It could have been out in 15mins.
