OK YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.
I PUT HEADERS IN MY CAR AND WHEN I DID I HAD TO UNDO SOME OF THE HEATER HOSES.WHEN I PUT IT BACK I ADDED ANTI FREEZ AND PUT THINGS BACK.WHEN I STARTED THE CAR IT WAS GETTING VERY HOT VERY FAST .I OPENED THE RAD CAP AND IT SEAMED LIKE THER WAS NO FLOW.SO I UNDID THE HEATER HOSE TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING BLOCKING IT UP .WHEN I DID IT SEAMED LIKE THE WHOLE SYSTEM GURGILED AND LET AIR OUT.I PUT IT BACK AND NOW I HAVE GOOD FLOW THE TEMP IS BACK AT ABOUT 180 TO 190 WHILE IDLEING FOR ABOUT 20 MIN.DO YOU THINK I HAD AIR LOCK IN THE SYSTEM.NOW ALL SEAMS GOOD.

Lol sorry, huge pet peeve of mine.
Sounds like you still had plenty of air in the lines. If its staying cool now, you should be all good, may have to top off the radiator once more after a couple warm ups and cool downs.

You're car is like a big baby, when you fill her up with coolant you need to burp her to get rid of any airbubbles in the coolant system.
