question about fan going out

question about fan going out

So i just pulled my car out today out of storage and im driving it home and it starts smoking, i pop the hood and theres smoke coming out of the radiator fan motor. i shut the car off and try to turn the fan by hand and it barely turns. i think i know its probably the fan motor but i need some peoples opinions on what it is? please help

If the fan motor is smoking, it's the fan motor. Take the fan out and smell the motor, should smell like burnt electronics.
