The temp sender is on the block and the thermastat is at th top. my temp goes dangeriously hot befor the stat opens. the stat has been replaced 3 times and does the same thing. i've gotten a bad part new befor thats why 3 times. are the temps the same? am i boiling the wtr in the block and the water at the stat is still cold? when it opens it reads about 1/4 of the way up and controlls there. the fan starts rite at 195. thats why i think the sender is reading rite.

the old motor started useing wtr so i think this is bad. i have a new motor now and i want it to work.

 

Have you burped air out of the system?
What temp does the fan come on?
Can you get a temperature gun & get a true reading of the heads, t-sat houseing & hoses?
