Engine: 4.8,5.7,4.3
my new 1989 iroc

just got car on a trade having heater issues the car has a partial computer delete the ac works great but the cars temp gauge wont get over 110 and so the heat wont work it has dual fans tht come on at 180 which I never hear run till the car is shut off and they cut on for alittle bit my question is what can be done to fix it
