I believe this (see photo) is the switch above starter that activates the fan relay. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am guessing that if you ground the wire that goes to this switch the fans will run all the time....? If this is true, what color is the wire that goes there and where does it enter into the loom on the harness; Is it the loom that carries the starter wires or the loom that runs along passenger side valve cover? Thanks for any help.

If it doesn't turn on when you ground the connector, you either have relay or wiring issues - not switch issues.
