R12 Refrigerant

The AC system to my car is completely original and has never been replaced, just serviced. I use about one can refrigerant every two or three years but can't seem to find it anymore. I've gone to ebay where it's readily available but you have to a license to purchase it. There is a stipulation that says if you plan to resell to a certified technician then it's ok to buy. I own a manifold gauge set up and have done the work plenty of times.

I don't want to convert to 134A, like I did with my '87 Monte SS...I was really disappointed.

Has anyone ever bought R-12 from eBay before?

Re: R12 Refrigerant

I bought a couple cans of R-12 for my 91 Camaro from Ebay. I recharged it and its been working fine for about a year now. Be sure you have the right hose attachment for the R-12 can, they are different than the newer ones. I had to order the hose and attachment fittings from ebay too, I couldn't find any R-12 ones in my local auto parts stores.
