A/C problem: Vacuum lines are good

Ok, my A/C only blows through the defrost. I checked all the vacuum hoses connections, there all good. The circle part that has all the vacuum hoses on the heater, a/c control is good, not broken. My question is WHAT ELSE COULD BE BROKEN? maybe the ducts? Everything works as its suppose to with heat and cooling controls. Just only blows through defrost. But I do hit a good bump on the road it will start blowing through the vents facing the passengers.
