A/c delete question

I am planning on taking out my a/c on my 305 carbureted engine. I also want to take out the a/c condensor. It looks easy to take them out. But what do i do with the hose that go from the ac to the radiator? And what do i do with all the open connections when the condenssor is out? Do i plug them up? Are there caps or plugs i can buy? Thanks

Re: A/c delete question

Vacuum is the oppsite of pressure ! It is illegal to open the ac and let the refrigerant go to the atmosphere.

Re: A/c delete question

Why? If you are thinking that you may want to reinstall it at some point, save yourself the trouble and dont take it out!

If you just have to have it removed, then remove it cleanly.

If you are talking about caps while in storage, then a plastic bag with some duct tape to secure it would be fine to keep dirt out.

I dont recommend removing it though.
