Anyone else have this problem? It only seems like it does it after the car sits for a while. I watched it last night and it didn't leak a drop, this morning a small puddle underneath the thing.

I google'd the issue, and there are a few threads about the issue. Anyone seen this issue on theirs? It's just enough to be an annoyance .

 

If it leaks from the block area, can you double gasket it?

 

I went through two proform electric water pumps for sbc. Both leaked from the weeping hole (small hole on the bottom side above the crank pulley) and when the weeping hole weeps coolant that is a premature sign of future seal failure.

Switched to a meziere and all is well.
