question on lower rad hose squeezed

I i just installed a 36mm front sway bar. I also installed the TDS wonder bar, and when I got it mounted, it puts a pretty good squeeze on the lower radiator hose. I have a 89 2.8 which has a differant radiator than the v8's.
It doesn't squeeze it over half, less than a 1/4.
Do I have any reason to be concerned?

pic attached to show the area of concern.

Re: question on lower rad hose squeezed

The poll does not look like it would cut into the hose but that point on the mount would bother me.

I believe I would consider runing a shorter hose or cut the one I have to pull it away a little.

It looks like there's enough play with the hose you have.

And get one of those corrugated hose protectors and slip over the hose for extra protection.

If you leave it as it is, it's just a matter of time before it wears through.

Re: question on lower rad hose squeezed

thanks guys!
because of the way that hose is shaped, I can't really shorten it. I will probably see if I can get a universal type hose to fit, or convert to the v8 radiator
