91 Formula center airdam section interchangeable with camaro?

91 Formula center airdam section interchangeable with camaro?
The formula my fiance and I picked up has two cutouts in the center section of the airdam for previously installed fog lights. Is the center section interchangeable with any other cars (82-90 FB) or even camaros?
The current setup is the 3 piece so I'm assuming I'm stuck with the center section from a 91-92?
I'm thinking about taking one from a camaro and cutting out the size I need to patch the holes in the current one that is on the car. Then using some plastic patch stuff to make it all uniform. Should be a whole lot cheaper then purchasing the center airdam piece for a 91-92.
