Don't know what to say.
The ad says
Brand -- Unbranded
Warranty -- Yes
So it may not be all that bad.
In the pic, it could be Mishimoto, Champion, or even Jegs or Summit.
We have a Champion, which for us had been good, for A LOT of others, turned out to be a pressure cooker that burst right in the middle of going // coming from work in rush hour.
I believe a member got a Mishimoto, and was not pleased at all by its performance.
Some have gone back to stock, and never had a problem, even with turbo or blown motors.
Some have BE COOL, and swear by that.
Some have gone to 2row, due to size of tubes & air flow with no issue.
I know I did not answer you Q directly, hopefully you can search the
So You Guys Want A 3 Row Radiator
in the ** Cooling ** stickies. Great info.
Don't mean to confuse you, just make sure you get what you like that will give you no ulcers! ;-)

Can't say about that rad., but will tell you I have been very happy with my summit racing house brand unifit 31" x 19" one.
Bought and installed in 2005, still working great 10 years later.

Re: Any suggestions on THIS Radiator setup!??
I have read bad things and good things about every radiator that is made for our cars, or close to it. That's about all the useful information I have on this topic since this seems to be one of the most widely debated ones on here. That being said, I would contact the seller and request more information if you are interested.
