1988 GTA w/Digital dash and AC controls - Low air flow
The electrical AC controls appear to work but I have very low air flow out all the vents. The Blower speed control appears and sounds like it is working but not much air coming out the any of the vents. If I roll the window down it feels like air flow is a little stronger but not much. On AC MAX the air is cold but very little air coming from the vents with blower speed at high.
Are the HVAC controls only electrical and not by vacuum lines?

You need a new blower motor. The old one is shot. You will be surprised how much air a new one moves.
