On my radiator dual fans one spins clock wise and the other counter clock wise. ?

On my radiator dual fans one spins clock wise and the other counter clock wise. ?

My 57 Chevy has 2 fans and I have always had a cooling issue. Finally had time to check and 1 runs clockwise and the other counter clockwise. They have a shroud around them, when I checked each fan independently they both seem to suck air in towards the engine. Looking further the fans look the same and have the same pitch going in the same direction

Reverse polarity , btw this is a thirdgen f body forum.
