Overheating

I have 97 Jeep Wrangler with a V8 5.9 Magnum in it. runs about 210-215 temp. once turned off it will over heat and boil over. any suggestions on what to do? Heard radiator cap, kicker fan, or even a bigger radiator. Runs fine in the cool weather. but this south texas heat is when it starts to mess up
