87 350 TPI discharge hose P/N?
Hey all,
I'm looking for a p/n for a discharge hose for an 87 Camaro 350 TPI. I have already ordered two different ones from summit that are wrong. 55451 is for a passenger side mounted compressor and 55452 has the line routes down through the mounting bracket at the back of the compressor.
4 seasons says 55497 routes over the top of the compressor like it should but the part matches a 2.8 not a 5.7.
Any help would be appreciated.

For the A/C? No one offers the hoses for the 87 system. It's one year only, and most of the aftermarket is under the mistaken impression that 87 was a full serpentine system.
The six cyl lines are probably closest but they're still not right.

I'll just keep looking for a serviceable original part. I wish I did not throw out my original but I thought I had the right part at the time...
Thanks for the reply.

If nothing else, look for a used set, and find a local shop that can crimp new rubber onto the old manifold/tubing. A good hydraulic shop, A/C shop, or even a well outfitted parts store may have the tooling necessary. That's my plan if I ever need to change the hoses. As it worked out, I think my leak is from the seals on the original compressor. It's on my someday list to get the leak fixed and recharge it... Maybe this spring. Maybe.
