identify Sensor

the sensor is located on the passenger side of the engine, its 350 from a 1989 Formula that i put into my 1985 IROC-Z. I think it might be the fan switch?

The end looks like a knock sensor, you can look up the part on RockAuto.com . Unless you changed over to the better 165 ecm and duel fan wiring no need to replace it it’s not used.

ok thanks for the info i appreciate it! the fan had been wired into the blower motor and i would have to manually control it with my heater controls, wanna get it back to automatic so i dont have to have the heat or AC on non-stop lol
