I have an 86 firebird. Where do the blue and green wires go from the limit switch?

 

Presuming you mean the cycling switch for a/c... light green gets +12v from the hvac controls inside the car and the light blue passes the +12v thru the switch and eventually ends up at the a/c clutch to make it lock and do its things to make the cold come from the vents.
