Leaning Radiator and high filler neck

I tried to put in my Frostbite Ls specific radiator today but it didn’t fit with the stock cover obviously. So now I got a cover from a ‘71 on there and I trimmed the rubber pieces on the bottom. The radiator fits ok and isn’t loose. But it’s leaning quite a bit forward so I don’t know if this will be an issue when I swap in my LQ9. Also, the filler neck sits fairly high and I’m worried about it clearing the hood when I get it back on. I’ll leave some pics below. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Leaning radiator

I ran into something similar w/ DeWitts Radiator interfering with points underneath the cross support - where the AC condenser insulators once were. My radiator is also slightly tilted. My Camaro is Auto so my problem (altho minor) was reconnecting transmission cooler hard lines. Instead of bending and messing with them, I removed them for a separate trans cooler with AN hose ends and nylon braided hose. As far as height, I used thin rubber insulator pads for the radiator feet which allowed me to reuse the stock radiator cover. I've had no issues.
