coolant and oil mixed ?

1990 l98, coolant and radiator flushed a month ago, reservoir now looks like this:

Oil and water don't mix! The first pic is the clean(ish) coolant? and the second is the chocolate milk? If that is the case, then you have won the blown head gasket award! or worse a crack in the block.
Time to dump the oil out of the oil pan and see if it matches the chocolate milk in the overflow tank.

Do you have the oil cooler on your car? it is between the filter and the block-engine coolant is plumbed to it, and the two liquids could mix if something is wrong with the cooler.
