VACUUM LEAK??? HVAC

92 Camaro RS TBI V8 ..

My issue is no A/C blowing thru vents..
I can feel all the air being blown from under the dash on passenger side. I’ve fixed the control part to adjust which vent. no hissing noise but still no fix.. I’ve found a damaged hose under hood but not sure where it leads to or what it’s for. I’m sure there’s a vacuum leak somewhere, just not sure where to look from here..

***UPDATE****
Ive fixed my problem.. the hose in picture runs to the check valve.. the check valve is connected to your intake manifold and the A/C control vacuum hose near your distributor cap on passenger side.
the hose on the T, goes into the vacuum reservoir under the frame below the canister.
Air is now blowing through vents 😅
