I did a pressure check and found a small leak on my coolant return pipe (#2 in photo). Upon closer inspection, it looks like it was chaffing on the header pipe.
Any ideas on where to find a replacement or a repair? Any other ideas? Assuming I could do a patch weld on it?

I have known a couple people that made their own from copper pipe and sweating fitting on the ends
Might help if we knew for sure which of the 3 #2 callouts you're looking for.
Heater hose will cover 2 of them.
I'd agree though, if you're looking for the metal #2, copper would be the way to go. Won't rust through like the OE steel, and is far eeeeeezyer to shape to fit things that aren't OE and with which OE parts may not play nicely, like ... headers.
