broken fan switch on 91 305 tbi
Hi!
I accidentally broke my fan switch while changing headers. Is it possible to just connect the fan switch wire into a manual on/off switch and ground the other end?

That can be done-just rememer to turn the fan on as needed
Never bought one,but i recon a new fan switch is under $40-you can get one with a lower than stock turn on temp.

The "broken" switch probably still works, if it's just the plastics that are broken. So if the pin in the connector will still slide into the hole in the switch, then it's likely to stay connected and work.
You can also tap the wire to a ground switch, just in case.
