Im new at this so bare with me please.I will be putting in a pretty big cam in my tbi 305.I might not be able to program my stock ECM.I was wondering if I could use an ECM from a truck with a tbi 350 and reprogram it to work with my 305.Thanks for any help.

I have put a healthy cam in w/ MAF tpi, and I'm here to tell ya... you'll make more power w/ the "right" cam, instead of "a nice big cam" because the cam will match the intake, exhaust & heads.

Granted, my car runs, and I'm not afraid to take it on a very long trip, but I'd be making more power and enjoying the car more w/ a smaller cam.

You should learn PROM burning before you "wing it" w/ a big cam. It'll be a happier, more powerful, more efficient end result.
