Winaldl - Only getting raw data

Only getting the first three rows of raw data. I did a search for this problem and found joby suggesting a power problem with the laptop. However, I dragged one of my extra desktop computers out to the garage (PITA). Here is a copy of the data log.

Time RAW:MW2
0.3 211 0
0.6 255 0
0.8 255 0
1.0 254 255
1.5 255 0
1.9 55 0
2.2 255 0
2.5 255 0
2.6 63 0
3.2 166 0

All the other values are zero or blank. Any suggestions?

Edit: One more thing. Many years ago, I switched the chip to a hypertech chip. Does that matter?

Did you try with a 10k resistor?
What ECM do you have?

I tried with the 10k resistor and without. As far as the ecm, I haven't looked at it since i put in the hypertech chip a few years ago. I'm assuming it is the ecm listed on the website (1228746). If it is a different ecm then listed, what would I look for to find the ecm number?

Hypertech chip should not matter.

The ECM part number is printed on the ECM. It does not mater what ECM you select in WinALDL, you should still get 20 -25 bytes of data.

Im having almost the same problem. Im not getting any raw data, error codes, flags, ... nothing. Ive tried it with the 10k resistor, with out it. Cant figure out why it doesnt do anything. Any ideas?

With the MAF TPI you should get 5-6 bytes of data wihtout the resistor, and 25 bytes with a 10k resistor. If you don't get anything it is probably the cable or the serial port might be disabled. Does the serial port work with any other software?
