Disconnecting battery-will ECM loose IAC adjustment

I was wondering, if I disconnect the battery, I know that all codes will be erased.
What about the adjustment I made to the throttle stop screw concerning the IAC? Will I have to do the procedure all over again?

(I bought the system from Howell and I had to adjust the throttle stop screw, like they said, cuz it was turning off on idle.)

THANKS HOMETOWNS....CHEVYTOWN

The IAC has no functions that are learned.
It just rsponds to various inputs, and then goes to a park posistion when you turn the key off, so that when you try and start it again it's already reset.
