Code 22 & 33 help

This summer have been the worst ever... It started with a broken tranny and now when thatīs fixed, the car runs like crap.
I have now a hight idle around 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm to start with, After driving 10 minutes it starts the "service engine soon" light and the cars hardly runs accept at wot, if I then turn the car of and disconnect the battery the car runs fine, but again the same problem comes back... yesterday it only showed code 33 but today I also got code 22. Should I buy new stuff like the maf sensor or do u guys have any tips...
I getting real frustrated here... I have already spent $1000 on the car this summer and I had hardly driven it at all, soon I will give up and buy me a *****!

thanks

I disconnected the contact to the MAF and the car died so I guess itīs not broken. How do I adjust the TPS and IAC?

I tried to get the idle down to 500rpm.. but nothing happend.. I turned the adjuster to nothing and still it ran at 1500 rpm.
I also disconnected the IAC and TPS and nothing happend, it still runs at 1500rpm... Could they both be broken???

I also checked the trottlebody, but it was fairly clean although the inside of the plenum was rather dirty, oil and carbon.

And I still have the same codes... 22 and 33 showing.
