Injector PW bouncing around at start-up...
I modified my bin so the injector PW is displayed in the PROM ID section of WinALDL.
I've always had an idle fluctuation at start-up that I just CANNOT get rid of. This happens the worst on a hot restart when the temp is around 120*-160*. Sometimes it will happen on a "cold" start, but the symptoms are not as bad.
I've tried everything I know to do. I've read all the archives and alot of stuff on the DIY mailing list archive and didn't find much on my problem.
Things I've tried adjusting (7747 ECM): IAC retract fuel adder, temp threshold for cold start, choke AFR timeout, choke hot timeout, choke cold timeout, AFR bias for hot restart, IAC bias for hot restart, time for hot restart enable, start-up SA, start-up SA decay, cold AFR vs. MAP, timeout AFR vs. coolant, timeout decay mult vs, coolant, IAC vs. temp.
I can watch the injector PW fluctuate up and down. I tried the IAC stuff in hopes that it might solve some wierd rich/lean problem.
Is there something simpler I might be missing?
TIA
