Best way to connect heated 02 on my car?

(My car is a Corvette 1990 L98)
What would be the best way to connect a heated 02 on my car by your opinion?

My idea is to connect the heater via the fuel-pump relay. Would that be good or bad idea? What would be a good ground point for the heater?

It's a three-wire sensor, two of the wires are brown and one is purple. I supose the browns are for the heater and the purple is the computer signal .

But,(might be a stupid question)...does it matter wich of the browns i connect for +/-?

Hope you can help me sort this out.

Cheers

I put the heated o2 sensor in my car. I used the keyed positive wire that runs to the wiper motor for my positive line. I used the grounding bolt on the block just above the oil filter for the ground. You are correct that the two like colored wires are for the heater and the odd colored wire is the o2 signal. The polority does not matter for the heater. Good luck.
