None require more then bacis typing skills. The skill is learning what to change, and understanding what the engine wants.
Cheapest?.
In quality?.
No one matches the oems for reliability IMO. GM spends millions a year in ecm R+D.
Most effecient?
About all are based on motorola processors, I doubt anyone is more clever then Gm with the code end of things. But the aftermarkets are afraid to let the source code out, since someone might improve on it. Egos are such fragile things ya know.
great Power?.
That's just about the tuner.
The aftermarket ones will support P+H injectors if you need to run 55 PPH injectors or larger.
