Where to get my PROM burned?

Hi Guys,

I am putting a 1990 Vette L-98 into a 1972 Blazer 4x4. I need to get a new PROM burned because I need to get rid of the VATS, I would like to get rid of the EGR (if I can) and it is going behind a 4-spd not a 6 spd. I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (about 100 miles north of Seatlle) and I was wondering if you had an suggestions as to where I can get this done? Any places in Canada?

Thanks,

Rod
