Help.... identifying ECM wires locations

Anyone can help me identifying where theses wires go?.. My friend took the harness out of a tpi 350 iroc and sliced 3 wires with no plugs on them that i can't figure out where the go to or plug in at. There is a 1)DARK GREEN wire B8, (A/C Signal). 2) DARK GREEN/WHITE wire C1,(fan relay control). 3) TAN/WHITE wire , don't know the ecm pin location(Don't think it's the fuel pump sig ,cause fuel pump works fine.) Could be the EST bypass ,but i have no idea what that does. 4)GRAY(with little black dots on it)wire D11 (A/C Pressure fan switch)..... Anyone know where these wires go to ? Also i have noticed so far my power mirrors don't work, dome light, hood light and heater/A/C doesn't work. The donor car had all the power options mine has. I am sure these few wires i haven't figured out have something to do with why these things won't work, i just can't figure out where they go or where they plug into.
