Is there anywhere where someone has translated the $8d hac into something that someone with no machine language experience can understand? Or do I need to learn machine code?

There are a few specific questions I have now, but I'm sue I will have more as time goes on:

1) Do BLM, INT, and fine fuel all have the same relative effect? If Fine fuel is at 130 and INT & BLM are at 128, is the ECM fuelling the same as if BLM is 130 and fine fuel and INT are 128?

2) How fast does INT update? Fine fuel?
