Hot idle BLM's

My hot idle BLM's are 140. Once I touch the gas they drop to ~130.
Now for a little background. I swapped the 305 out for a 355, ran stock 305 programming, and eventually it tripped MAF code 34. Currently I'm running ARAP with the only changes being; fan, VATS, inj. constant, and cooling fan on/off temps. I have yet to throw the MAF code while running ARAP.
In comes the problem at the top of this post.

Here's my question. Since the car threw code 34 on the stock programming and I did nothing to fix it besides clean the MAF (which did nothing), would a flaky power relay for the MAF cause my high hot idle BLM's?
