6.32 DFI Problem
6.32 DFI Problem
Hey guys........hope you can help.
In between 3500 and 4000 my engine cuts out real violently........before then and after then it pulls like a raped ape.......
I was talking to someone else about this and they said that some of the 6.32's had internal problems and that you have to send it in to get it fixed.............had anyone else had this problem?
Oh.........and I might add.........it only does it at WOT. I was originally concerned that it might be my programming.........until someone had mentioned this........so now I'm asking you guys.

No internal problems that I've ever heard of... The ECM runs (electronically) the same at any rpm point, so 3500 should be no different than 6000. Check your fuel/timing maps for something funky. Get a wideband 02 on there, and see whats happening when it cuts out. Engines are simple - it's either air, fuel, or spark
