limitations of stock computer?
engine is an 010 block with forged crank, rods, pistons, file fit nitrous rings, compression ratio is 10:1, has a mechanical roller camshaft..comp XR280 R-10, lift is .578/584, duration at .050 is 242/248 with a 110 lsa, and AFR 195 competition heads...i would plan on using a mini ram if i could use the stock computer...would only be taking it to 7000 rpm...with a victor jr, 1" spacer and 850 carb it dynoed at 522hp@6600, 454Ibs of torque@5200..engine only produced 9" of vacuum at 950rpm...would this be pushing the limits of the stock computer?

I'd look at the new Holley Manifold, the Mini Rams, have an inherit shortcoming.

what do you mean by a shortcoming?...i already have the converted lt1 intake which is why i was going to go with it...i would retain the carb setup but don't want to, think it would be a cooler setup efi...engine is coming out of a pro street nova to make room for a big block and i could de-cam it a little possibly go hydraulic...not sure what exactly i want to do yet...

I've seen a LT1 manifold that had the top cut out, and redesigned so as to increase the plenum volume that worked really nice.
