8747 to 7747

Does anyone know if you can use a 7747 inplace of a 8747 ecm on a 1990 454SS?

talk to lyndon wester out of calgary, he programmed my 7747 to a 89 hot tune, made edelbrocks tune look amaturish. westers garage
