87 ecm to 89 ecm

hi , i have a 87 computer that has the cold start an i would like to make it like a 89 with out the cold start . i am not really sure what all i need to do ? so if u guys can help me an tell me what parts i need an what i need to do .

or is this some thing that can be changed in my memcal ?

thanks for any help an info u guys can give .

Car: 83 TA, 89 TTA, others

Engine: ZZ4 TPI, LC2 turbo v6

Transmission: several, mostly broken

Basically,

1. Erase the chip, and burn it with an '89 $6E file that has VATS disabled.

2. Unplug the cold start injector.
