Is it dead?

My car wount start. I got not spark. I havent started to trouble shoot the distributor system yet.
BUT I hooked up datamaster to my ECM ( 730 ). And turned ignition on. TPS,IAT,MAP got good values. BUT "idle rpm" is 3800 rpm?? And my oilpressure gauge jumping around some, whery strange.
This leeds me to a faulty ECM. Any test I can do to veify this?

Unplug the EST connector (such as done for setting the timing) and test for spark. If no spark then it is an ignition system problem (coil, module, power, pickup coil, stripped gear, . . .).
