i was wondering what the max232 cable is. reason i ask this is because i can't seem to hook up to datalog. i am using moates aldu1 usb to aldl converter with his cabl1 aldl cable. while i am in tunerpro it gives me a choise of max232, autoprom and i think comm1 or something else. do i need to download anything to ge tthis cable to work. i am also using his ostrich unit and the program sees that so thats not a problem. it also says aldl connected when i am in 160baud. i just can;t do any datalogging and i can't figure out what i am doing wrong. anyone have any step by step directions on what i should be doing. i am using a 165 ecm with a 6e. i see that you can connect either 160 or 8192. also the bin that i have for it was a custom program that was sent to me. does it affect the 6e in tunnerpro any....thanks
