ECU to TDF

Transmission: TF 999 auto
ECU to XDF
Hello - newbie here.
I installed a Customefis system in my CJ-7 and am very happy with it. However I would like to learn more about tuning. I have a 16144288 ECM and Tunerpro RT software. I was able to get the ECU file but the software wants a XDF file. How do I get from on to another?
Any help would be appreciated.

Okay I found it. I was searching for TDF not XDF like I should have.
