o2 voltage question

Engine: 383 accel dfi
Transmission: t56
o2 voltage question
am i correct by saying that if o2 voltage is say .450v that would equal "APPROX" 14.7:1(roughly)???if this is true then what would say.800v equal???is there a scale that is out there that i could go by???just tying to get an idea of where i am at for tuning my accel gen7 unit...any help would be appreciated.....
