DIY-WBO2 Final Assembly & Testing???

Hey all, My DIY-WB is done, sensor in hand. I wanted to test circuitry and calibrate unit, but it took so long to build, the DIY site crashed and I never printed the test literature. I have tried to find any info but I haven't found what I need to test & calibrate. A web site or email would help out if someone knows where this info is hiding. Thanks!

PM sent.

For calibration the resistor is contained within the sensor connector. The wires from that resistor go to two locations on the PCB. J9 and J10, labeled CalR

The device at D5 needs a .01uf to .1uf capacitor added between pins 1 & 3 (outer two pins). Darn near any 'ole ceramic disk, or mono cap will work.

The big resistor R4, needs to be paralleled with 10 to 15 ohm 1/4W resistors until the sensor warms up in 35-40 seconds. Usually takes 3 or 4 of them.

RBob.
