1227165 = 16198445. Yes?

I'm in Australia and I've got a V8 Holden Commodore which uses a Delco 1227808. The ALDL output is 160 Baud.

I'd like to replace it with a 1227165 which is the same ECU but has a Baud rate of 8192.

I've heard that the 16198445 is a direct replacement for the 1227165. Does this then mean that a 16198445 will also work in place of the 1227808 but with 8192 Baud?

Thanks for your help.
