DFi gen7 surge problem

DFi gen7 surge problem

Im having a problem with my gen7 efi, i bumped up the timming to 15 deg, now i have a bad surge, anyone come across this?please help

well... does it go away if you put the timing back where it was? What happens if you add a little fuel in the VE or Target A:F table in the same area that you changed the timing, does it get better or worse? Surging could be due to being lean. Or you could have 2 adjacent areas in one of your tables containing significantly different numbers. That could cause your engine to oscillate between the two differing values. Try some things and see what happens.
