Does a Differential Pressure Sensor & map sensor look diffrent? I want to make sure I
85 86 86 F bodies that where carbed used a Differential Pressure Sensor that is near the brake booster, a lot of people call it a map sensor but it is not does anyone know how to tell them apart? I want to make sure i have the right one.

On the left top front of the sensor there is a 3 digit number stamped into the plastic housing. If comparing GM sensors can check that number. The 2 common MAP sensors used on SD EFI systems are 039 and 460. I don't know what is used for the differential pressure sensors.
Can also check the connector insert color. Most of them are color coded. I've seen blue & red inserts used for baro sensors on CCC cars (non-f-body).
Then green & black inserts on SD EFI cars (039 & 460).
