Error Code 44,New 02 Sensor Installed

Car: 1986 trans am, 1985 TRANS AM WS6
Engine: 305 4bbl,305 TPI
Transmission: 700r4,700R4
Axle/Gears: STOCK POSI DISC
Error Code 44,New 02 Sensor Installed
I had a code 44 on my 85 TA 305 TPI .(lean 02 sensor). I replaced the Sensor,disconnected the battery and let her sit for about 30 minutes.
When I re-installed the battery, i took her for a ride in city and hwy driving for about 45 minutes to let Ecm "Relearn Data". the engine light came on at a stoplight,and back out again when I accelerated.It hasn't come on again.
I checked for error codes again , and code 44 is back. Any ideas?

Axle/Gears: 2.42 too high
it could be fuel pressure, dirty injectors, MAF problems including air leaks between the MAF sensor & throttle body or vacuum leaks.
