747 harness question...
Is pin B2 (fuel pump signal) necessary on the 747? I'm making a harness and I'm trying to weed out all the non-essentials.

IIRC the fuel pump voltage signal is used for the injector battery voltage compensation. It will work w/o this input as the 0 volts area of the table is set to the same as the 13-14 vots (or so) area.
But the injector PW will not be compensated for differences in vehicle voltage.

Does you EBL use this input for PW voltage correction? I plan on using that with this harness I'm making.
I just remembered that my fuel pump relay has two outputs. I can use that second output for this if I need to.

That's what I thought. I've never had to make a harness from scratch. I've done conversions and such where these little piddly things were already there.
